This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.29911 of 2017, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 03.07.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 03.07.2017 four weeks' time was allowed to file certified copy of the order but the petitioner could not get the same and that is why the aforesaid criminal miscellaneous petition has been dismissed for non-compliance.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, the restoration petition is allowed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30045 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Cr. Misc. No.29911 of 2017 is restored to its original file.
