2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of the BNS.

3. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant went for school but she didn't return. The informant further came to know that the petitioner along with his associates enticed away her daughter.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69650 of 2025(4) dt.05-02-2026 2/2 submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. As a matter of fact, there was love and affection between the petitioner and the victim. The victim, in pressure of her parents, rendered her statement under Section 183 of BNSS. The victim is still residing in the house of the petitioner.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant fairly admits that the victim is residing in the house of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
