The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 720 of 2017 registered under Sections 461 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the co-accused, who was apprehended on spot as one of the active participant in the commission of the crime, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18650 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
