Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43674 of 2019, as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2019.

Case No. 10 of 2019.
