The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to assail the order dated 22.04.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi before the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from

Patna High Court CWJC No.20646 of 2019 dt.22-10-2019 2/2 today, the same shall be heard on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
