The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 224, 225/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of creating hindrance in discharge of official duties of the police officials while the informant along with other police officials went to arrest the petitioner and co-accused Akeel Alam in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76303 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/3 Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 10/2018.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The police party raided the petitioner's house at late night without any lady police and when the family members made protest against the action of the police party, this false case has been registered. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.04.2023.

In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, I/C, Kishanganj in connection with
