2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 01.07.2025 at about 5 PM at Ara, Dhobha Road, five miscreants riding on two motorcycles intercepted informant's motorcycle and committed theft of ornaments worth Rs. 1,00,000/- and other important belongings, such as, ATM card, Aadhar card, bank passbook and other important documents. During investigation, this petitioner along with other accused persons were identified by informant in T.I.Parade.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
