The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1040 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 504, 448, 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Considering the nature of allegation, the plea of innocence taken by the petitioner and that the petitioner having got roots in the society is not likely to abscond or tamper with the evidence in case the application is allowed, in the event of

No.66997 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No.1040 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
