The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 176 of 2019 (C.R.I. No. 1409 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner but specific allegation has been levelled against co-accused, namely, Shushil Shah. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 176 of 2019 (C.R. I. No. 1409 of 2019).
