2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 246 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190(2) and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that on 10.06.2025, he had gone to Giriyak Main Godown on his motorcycle bearing registration no. BR21AE7965 to collect goods. While returning from Giriyak godown, at about 01:20 PM, 2-3 unknown persons were standing near a white coloured car, and 02 unknown persons were sitting in it. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69764 of 2025(2) dt.08-10-2025 2/3 him with a hockey stick, from which he escaped. As soon as he reached near Maharani Hotel, Karampur, the accused in the said car followed him and a person from the car fired a bullet upon him. The bullet hit on his right thigh.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has committed no offence rather she has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and during the course of investigation, one Vickky Kumar, whose statement had been recorded in para 35 of the case diary, raised suspicion against the petitioner, alleging that she threatened the informant to kill. On this basis, the petitioner was arrested, and a confessional statement was recorded, in which the petitioner confessed her guilt. Petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2025 having no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif,
