The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case in short is that while the informant was at his house, the accused persons variously armed came there and after abusing, started assaulting him as a result of which, the informant sustained injuries.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 22-08-2019. There is case and counter case between the parties. Free fight is alleged to have

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019..
