The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though it was alleged that he was caught from the place of occurrence, but there has been no recovery from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner has been arrested purely on suspicion and there is not a single eye-witness to the occurrence. He has also not been placed on T.I. Parade till date. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
