JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 184 of 2015 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be father-in-law, mother-in-law and Gotni of the deceased, is of causing death of the deceased.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation is attributed against the petitioners, rather there is general and omnibus allegation.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10845 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 their arrest or surrender, be release on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lal Bihari Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 184 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further conditions that (1) one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and (2) petitioners shall co-operate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, except on genuine ground, failing which their bail bonds shall be cancelled.
