2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 354B, 500, 504, 506, 34 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation of commission of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand for dowry.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant. Specific accusation is against husband of the informant and there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess & property and has got no concern with the affairs of informant and her husband. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saharsa, in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.81 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
