This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 07-11-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51314 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as he had gone outside the State to earn his livelihood and he could not get information of the aforesaid order within time.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, in that event, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 07-11-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51314 of 2017.
