02. In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 494, 323, 504, 506, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

03. On query, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to apprise this Court whether cognizance has been taken in this case or not. If no cognizance has been taken, there cannot be any apprehension of arrest to the petitioner.
