In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in Kasma P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 for offences under Sections 377 of the Indian Penal Code and 67(A) of the Indian Telecom Act.

The allegation is made that the present accused person called the informant and administered some material and where-after he lost his consciousness and the allegation has been made of unnatural act with the victim-informant. Looking this fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
