Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-341, 323, 436, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that after entering inside the house of the informant, they looted the articles and also set the articles on fire.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is land dispute between the parties. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stating

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20988 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 that petitioners have criminal antecedent but they have not stated about the same in paragraph-3 of the petition.

In such view of the matter and facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and move for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
