JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-08-2020 Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to pursue the appeal which the petitioner has preferred before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.

However, Mr. Mishra has informed this Court that an application of withdrawal of the aforesaid appeal has been filed by the petitioner.

The District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara shall permit the petitioner to withdraw such withdrawal petition, which is against the order of cancellation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20478 of 2019(4) dt.17-08-2020 2/2 licence of his father.

The aforesaid appeal shall be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of 12 weeks of the receipt / production of a copy of this order. The aforesaid order has been passed in presence of Mr. Arvind Ujjwal, learned counsel for the State.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty and directions aforesaid.
