JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court and pray for grant of regular bail.
Accordingly, it is directed that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the court below would consider and dispose it of on the same day considering the fact that the entire village has filed a petition in favour of the petitioner herein.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
