The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 30.07.2019 passed in T.R. No. 3136 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No. (c) no. 1506 of 2019 whereby the learned ACJM - IV, Muzuffarpur (East) took cognizance under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78678 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 entire allegation against the petitioners is false and frivolous and cannot be sustained in any Court of law. He thus, submits that the passing of the order of cognizance by the learned ACJM- IV, Muzuffarpur (East) is wholly uncalled for and fit to be quashed. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the order of the cognizance. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
