2 Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 09.04.2021 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishnaganj P.S. Case No. 378 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72003 of 2022(5) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the respective parties submit that the dispute has been settled between the parties and compromise petition has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit.

4. In such view of the matter, the order dated 09.04.2021 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishnaganj P.S. Case No. 378 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code is quashed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
