2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 387 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. Recovery is of 124 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72848 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Special Excise Court No.1, Buxar in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 387 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Buxar Muffasil Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
