None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 14393 of 2005, which stood dismissed long back on 30.01.2013 due to non-prosecution. The present restoration petition without any plausible explanation regarding delay was filed on 18.10.2017 whereas writ petition stood dismissed long back on 30.1.2013. Considering the fact that without any plausible explanation restoration petition has been filed after about several years from rejection of writ petition, there is no reason to entertain the present petition.
