The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 369 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 35(a), 35(1), 38(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in judicial custody since 23.06.2019.

Case No. 369 of 2019.
