JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners is of committing murder of the father of informant and also causing injury to his cousin, while committing dacoity and there is also allegation against the petitioner of firing.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that although, there is allegation of firing against the petitioner, however, his firing did not hit anybody and he has been in custody since 13.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67841 of 2019(4) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 bail on the ground that apart from this case, petitioner is accused in two more cases, which he has not mentioned in his petition. Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
