JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.10.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bagha, West Champaran, whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing License No. 09 of 2007, has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to assail the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2018 by filing appropriate appeal before the Appellate Authority. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order dated 10.10.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bagha, West Champaran, before the Appellate Authority and in case, such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today,
