2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143(5) and 146 of B.N.S., 2023 as well as under Section 79 of the J.J. Act.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioner was arrested with a minor boy, namely, Ritesh Kumar, aged about 13 years. It is alleged that he was carrying that boy for the purpose of engaging him in Ludhiana.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, during investigation, it has come that the father of the minor boy was also working at Ludhiana and he was going to

5. The learned APP has vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No.36 of 2025.
