Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 427 & 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the F.I.R., it appears that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71781 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case No. 344 of 2016.
