JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-10-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i).For issuance of appropriate order/orders, direction/directions to the concerned respondent authority to remove the encroachment made over the water bodies & Aam Rasta situated at Keshopur Panchayat, village - Keshopur, Ward No.-7, P.S.- Telhara, District - Nalanda, Thana No. 02, appertaining to Khata No. 233, 232, Plot No. 941, 951 & 959 [Raiyat Gairmazarua Sarvsadharan ( गैरमजरआसरसाधारण), area (fdLe)- .22 D Gaddha (गड्ढा), 17 D Rasta (रासता) & 0.65 D Paine (पईन)] respectively, falling under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16453 of 2024(2) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 territorial jurisdiction of Nalanda District. (ii). For further directing the concerned Respondent authority to comply with the order dated 16-12- 2023, passed by the Public Grievance Redressal Cell, Nalanda, in Unique No. (अननय संखया) 527210510052304437/2A, vide Order dated 16-12-2023.

(iii). For also directing the respondent authority to follow the guidelines, issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Patna, passed in CWJC No. 9692/2015, vide order dated 21-7-2023."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
