2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30324 of 2025 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. By the said order, the petitioners had been granted the privilege of provisional bail with certain conditions as enumerated in the said order.
3. On the grounds mentioned in paras-3, 4, 6 and 7 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72556 of 2025(2) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kusumbha P.S. Case No.64 of 2024.
4. The order dated 12.08.2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Rest of the order shall remain intact.
5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
