The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri (Indrapuri) P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 364, 120(B), 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The earlier bail applications of the petitioner were rejected vide Annexure-1 series to the present application taking into account that on the confession of the petitioner, the dead body of the deceased was said to have been recovered. This is the third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner.

A report was called for from the Court below. It has been reported that the case is at the argument stage. Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8356 of 2018(3) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
