The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representations of the petitioner at Annexures-6, 7, 8 and 9 to the writ petition, which are dated 24.9.2015, 28.9.2015, 5.12.2015 and 16.12.2015, may be directed to be disposed of. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a consolidated representation regarding non-payment of salary for certain period before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today.

The respondent no.2 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid
