1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr.W.J.C. No. 1306 of 2021, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the peremptory order dated 19.07.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non compliance of the peremptory order, Cr.W.J.C. No. 1306 of 2021 has been dismissed for default, however, all the defects have been removed and certified copy of the impugned order has been filed on 13.09.2023.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed and the connected case bearing Cr.W.J.C. No. 1306 of 2021 is

Patna High Court MJC No.3036 of 2023(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 restored to its original file, subject to verification by the Office regarding removal of defects.
