The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 420, 504, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner no.3 went to the house of the informant and told him that he is the director of Sai Perfect Agro Limited Company and further stated that he stated that company works for development in the field of agriculture and gives a

It is alleged by the complainant that the company closed the branch, then he contacted the petitioners and requested to return his money but the petitioners refused to return his money. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the petitioners are ready to pay Rs.1,25,000/- to the complainant. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioners are ready to pay Rs.

1,25,000/- to the complainant, let the above named petitioners, be released on provisional bail for a period of six months, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No.1568 (C) of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The provisional bail of the petitioners shall be confirmed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71083 of 2022(3) dt.08-05-2023 3/3 by the learned Court below within a period of six months, after satisfying that the petitioners have paid the said amount to the complainant.
