1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1105 of 2019, the Registrar, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, has passed an order dated 09.03.2024, whereby and whereunder most of the petitioners have been granted the benefits of 1st A.C.P., 2nd A.C.P. and M.A.C.P.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in case of any subsisting grievances, the petitioners be granted liberty to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
