Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kursakanta (Sonamani Godam) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties vide Annexure-4. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.08.2019.

Case No. 158 of 2019.
