This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the court below to take all proper steps to execute the decree passed on 26.04.2012 in Title Suit No.53 of 2003.

In view of the aforesaid prayer, in my opinion, this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable and accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.

The petitioner may pursue her remedy before the executing court.
