JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-10-2025 The appellants have assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 02.09.2024, passed in CWJC No.555 of 2024. The appellants were candidates for recruitment to the post of teachers pursuant to the Advertisement No.26/2023 conducted in the year 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that appellants are more merited than the selected and appointed candidates.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1026 of 2024(6) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 3.It is noticed that appellants in their writ petition have not impleaded such of those third parties whose rights are likely to be affected in the event of allowing CWJC No.555 of 2024. Further, the reliefs sought by the appellants should have been seeking direction to consider their names for selection and include their names in the select list depending upon the comparative merit. On the other hand, what has been sought is directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners on the post of teachers on the basis of School Teachers Recruitment Examination, Advertisement No.26/2023 held in the year 2023. On this count, the appellants have not made a case so as to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge dated 02.09.2024, passed in CWJC No.555 of 2024.

4. Accordingly, LPA stands dismissed.
