Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bheldi P. S. case no. 93/2017 registered under sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased who died within seven years of her marriage in other than normal circumstance. There is allegation of torturing as well as demand of dowry.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the
