Petitioner is accused in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019 registered under Sections 399/402 of the I.P.C. and sections 25(1-b), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
