2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2025, registered for offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 103(1), 118(1) and 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant alleges that co-accused Laljit Singh shot his brother Vikash on his chest by pistol leading to his death. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with accusation that he along with co-accused Munchun Singh dragged Ajit Yadav (grandfather of informant) with towel to kill him.
