JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 364, 364A and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the victim boy has named petitioner as one of the persons, who demanded money along with other accused persons. Except that there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in no way concerned with the aforesaid kidnapping.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the same is rejected.

No.8558 of 2017 (2) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 However, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chakia P. S. Case no. 153 of 2014/G.R. Case no. 2680 of 2014 and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
