JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 In view of the order passed by this Court on 02.05.2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 7390 of 2019, the District Programme Officer, Nalanda has already passed an order on 22.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the direction given by the District Programme Officer, Nalanda does not address the real issue viz. that the ward member is not cooperating in the matter and therefore the appointment process is not being concluded.

Patna High Court MJC No.4088 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 This could be brought to the notice of the Court in an appropriate proceeding but definitely not in the contempt petition.

Since the order dated 02.05.2019 of this Court has been complied with, the records of this contempt petition is consigned.

The contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly.
