The Petitioners seek bail in Barauni(Refinery) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Excise(Amendment) Act, 2016. It is alleged that 12 bottles of royal stag whiskey each were recovered from the motorcycle of both the petitioners.

The petitioners are said to be in custody since 10.01.2017.

It has been mentioned in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Let the Petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni(Refinery) P.S.
