The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2019 in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai OP) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
