1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.1, Vikash Mandal as he has been arrested during the pendency of the instant anticipatory bail application.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no.1, Vikash Mandal.

5. The petitioner no.2, Rajesh Mandal, seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71045 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/3 punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that accused persons including the petitioner came and assaulted him and his family members.

7. It is next submitted that the allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature though the injured has suffered grievous injury and from side of the petitioner, Bihpur P. S. Case No. 532 of 2022 has been instituted against the informant and his side.

8. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

9. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner no.2, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-1st, Naugachia, Bhagalpur/ Successor Court in connection with Bihpur P. S. Case No.521 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid
