2. The petitioner has a grievance that though she has been selected by the Aam Sabha for her engagement as Anganbari Sevika of Anganbari Centre No. 138, Ward No. 11 of Chehra Kalan Block, in the District of Vaishali, so far she has not been formally engaged and allowed to function as such. 3.

The Director, Integral Child Development Scheme, Social Welfare, Government of Bihar, is personally present and has assured this Court that he will look into, not only the grievance of the petitioner in the present case, he will

4. Considering the assurance of the Director as noted above, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that let the petitioner's grievance be examined and necessary decision be taken within four weeks from today.
