The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the brother of the informant had gone with the petitioner and others to see Muharram festival but he could not return. On 14.10.2016, the informant came to know that his brother is lying dead near a pond. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.10.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of

There is no eyewitness to the alleged occurrence nor there is any substantive evidence to suggest his implication in the present case. On behalf of the state and the counsel for the informant it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Das, J.M., Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 299 of 2016. (Sudhir Singh, J) Amit/- U T
