2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"To direct the respondents to investigate properly the case after holding fullfledged inquiry in Tekari P.S. Case No. 263/2012 which was registered on 18.09.2012 instituted for offences under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 25 (1-B) and 27 of the Arms Act, where the deceased Aashish Kumar @ Mannu Sharma murdered on 13.09.12 and to submit the police report where the mother namely Syamli Devi of the deceased already filed representation to this effect before the S.S.P. Gaya where her younger son murdered on 17.09.2012 by fire arms and on the basis of the fardbeyan of Pinky Devi, case was registered.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1896 of 2023(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 (ii) To direct the respondents to take action by holding proper investigation in this case and submit charge-sheet in this case so that accused may be arrested and punished."

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation of Tekari P.S. Case No. 263 of 2012 is pending since 2012 and no charge-sheet has been submitted by the police.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya to get the investigation concluded within three months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
